Three friends from India landed in Europe to pursue their master\u2019s degrees, but life had a delicious twist in store. While adjusting to life in Paris, they realized something was missing\u2014high-quality vegetarian Indian food that was quick, fresh, and accessible. That\u2019s when the idea of Dosamaa was born\u2014a chef-less, SOP-driven, Indian vegetarian QSR built for the global stage.<\/p>

The first step? Crafting a menu that was bold, flavorful, and true to Indian roots. Together, they started the first Dosamaa store in Montmartre, Pigalle, bringing the magic of dosa and South Indian flavors to the heart of Paris.<\/p>

From the very beginning, Dosamaa was designed to be scalable and efficient. After months of fine-tuning recipes, standardizing processes, and testing the system with a small but dedicated team, the model proved itself\u2014it only took one week of training for new hires to run operations smoothly. No dependency on expert chefs, just great food made simple!<\/p>
