We’re confident it’ll be love at first night – but we give you 200 to be sure. If you decide to return your Simba Mattress, we’ll collect it for free (and don’t worry, we wouldn’t dream of asking you to get it back in the box).
Our mattress is built to last – so we’ve got your back for a decade. If it fails during that time, we’ll swap it for a brand new one. It’s that simple.
Standard delivery (within 1-3 working days) is free and all Simba delivery services are completely carbon neutral, as well as being zero contact or to a room of your choice. Mattress removal is available in most of the UK; you can select this option at checkout.
It’s simple really: we’d love to help you sleep soundly and comfortably, so we use all the latest engineering and technology to do so. So have a read about all our unique and patented innovations; at the very least, your new scientific knowledge will impress your friends…
These tiny cones of comfort will transform your sleep
These are the key to our incredible, upper comfort layer; they’re our pride and joy. They’re smaller and slimmer than the typical, rather tall and bulky bed spring, because they’re made from titanium alloy; using this magic metal means even a micro size (25mm high with a thickness gauge of 0.9mm, which is the size of a very thin paperclip) gives you the support you need, but being so small and fine you won’t feel a single one.
You’ll find up to 1,500 of these ingenious springs nestling in our essential mattresses; each individual Aerocoil® spring flexes gently in response to you and your partner’s movements, offering personalised support to each of you without disturbing the other. And as they compress and extend with you, they gently push air through the comfort layer, helping to keep you at just the right temperature.
For pitch perfect temperature control
Being too hot at night is an absolute no-no for great sleep. That’s why we designed our fantastic Simbatex foam; it’s an ‘open cell’ foam, which allows airflow. On top of that our sleep scientists have infused it with a naturally occurring mineral called graphite; this draws heat away from your body.
Four layers? Yes. And every single one has a part to play in helping you sleep better.
Breathable Sleep Surface
With up to 500g of super soft, hand-knitted goodness; our sleep surface keeps your mattress fresh and cool.
Open Cell Graphite Infused Simbatex
Designed to tackle overheating while also layering on the comfort.
Aerocoil® Spring-Comfort Layer
Up to 1,500 conical springs work together to distribute weight whenever they feel pressure, whilst also minimising disturbance to you when your partner shifts or moves.
Multi-zoned Foam Base
We’ve established five, separate support zones here to make sure the base adjusts as you move, keeping your body in perfect, sleep-inducing alignment
All the foam we use in our mattresses is CertiPUR® recognised, meaning both the materials it contains and the emissions it releases have been independently and rigorously assessed; CertiPUR® foam is verified as free from CFCs and other ozone depleting substances, and ensures lower emissions to protect indoor air quality.
In addition, you can rest easy knowing that all CertiPUR® foam is free from added phthalates and harmful metals such as mercury or lead, and includes safe, non-toxic levels of fire retardants.
For Simba, protecting the planet is as important as restful sleep. We’re proud to be the first UK-born sleep brand to be awarded certified B Corp™ status.
Our official B Corp™ accreditation is an accolade that is only awarded to select businesses that promote social and environmental change through how we work and operate, something we consistently strive for.
We’ve used our expertise to reduce our use of energy and materials, and all our mattresses are 100% recyclable. To prove the point, any old simba mattress returned to us is refurbished or recycled; they never go near a landfill site. We have now opened our own state-of-the art, non-for-profit recycling service and accept any brand of mattress with no purchase necessary to use the service
All Simba mattresses are made in the UK in zero waste factories, reducing air miles in the process. Plus, our packaging is up to 60% recycled, from approved FSC sources, and all our deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. We’ve even worked out that we can use any excess foam in things like carpet underlay or pet beds rather than letting it go to waste.
