We’re confident it’ll be love at first night – but we give you 200 to be sure. If you decide to return your Simba Mattress, we’ll collect it for free (and don’t worry, we wouldn’t dream of asking you to get it back in the box).
Our mattress is built to last – so we’ve got your back for a decade. If it fails during that time, we’ll swap it for a brand new one. It’s that simple.
Standard delivery (within 1-3 working days) is free and all Simba delivery services are completely carbon neutral, as well as being zero contact or to a room of your choice. Mattress removal is available in most of the UK; you can select this option at checkout.

All the foam we use is CertiPUR® recognised, meaning both the materials it contains and the emissions it releases have been independently and rigorously assessed; it’s verified as free from CFCs and other ozone depleting substances, and ensures lower emissions to protect indoor air quality. CertiPUR® foam is also free from added phthalates and harmful metals such as mercury or lead, and includes safe, non-toxic levels of fire retardants.
For Simba, protecting the planet is as important as restful sleep. We’re proud to be the first UK-born sleep brand to be awarded certified B Corp™ status. Our official B Corp™ accreditation is an accolade that is only awarded to select businesses that promote social and environmental change through how we work and operate, something we consistently strive for. We’ve used our knowledge to reduce our use of energy and materials, and all our mattresses are 100% recyclable. So any Simba mattresses that are returned to us are either refurbished or recycled. We also recently opened our own state-of-the art, non-for-profit recycling service and accept any brand of mattress with no purchase necessary to use the service. All Simba mattresses are made in the UK in zero waste factories, reducing air miles in the process. Any leftover foam is used as carpet underlay or pet beds, and all our packaging is up to 60% recycled or from approved FSC sources.
